“This is exactly what I need right now… I’ve been going through past episodes and downloading the ones that I think are relevant… And I think I’ve downloaded just about all of them so I’ve decided to go back to the beginning and listen to one episode a day. I have three children ages five through twelve. I’ve always suffered with crippling anxiety stemming back to school days. I am trying to make sure my kids don’t suffer in the same ways that I did, and that they have the necessary tools and help to get them through the same situations that have traumatically damaged my mental health.
Your podcast is a wealth of much-needed information… I’m not sure how I haven’t found you sooner.
