A deep dive into a case I can’t get out of my head
The JonBenet case is one of the most captivating true crime cases to me. This podcast is well written, well presented, and definitely worth listening to. However, I didn’t give it 5 stars because: 1. I didn’t really learn anything new that I didn’t know about the case already; 2: the podcaster definitely had made up his mind beforehand about which theory he endorsed, and he seemed to discount the other theories when he presented them; 3. Evidence I think is important (eg voices on the phone after the 911 call was “hung up”) he tends to write off as inconsequential or conjecture; and 4. The last episode kind of ends abruptly without any decent wrap-up of the series.

I loved this and learned new information. Nothing felt salacious or irreverent. But it just randomly sort've ends, no real wrap up.Read full review »
