Dr Amel Karboul is an author, politician and business leader. She was the first woman in history to be Tunisia’s Minister of Tourism and was a leading member of the government that led that country’s transition to democracy, after the Arab Spring. Now, as CEO of The Education Outcomes Fund, she is using her skills to build an innovative new approach to making sure every child gets a great education.
