What kind of changes I may experience during my spiritual journey. How mindfulness isn’t just about becoming a more productive cog in the wheel. The fact that I might be confronted with traumas, pain and suffering that I may have buried in my past. Lastly, that powerful spiritual experiences aren’t the goal of meditation, that embracing the mundane and ordinary is an organic outcome of the practice.
