In our lives, no matter how hard we try otherwise, we still sometimes hurt others with words, negative thoughts or selfish actions. These can accumulate and drag us down into negativity. Instead, we can recognize these mistakes and use them as catalysts to own what we did, make amends and as a result find ourselves happier, kinder more generous people.
