How many times have we started a new project, set a new goal, started a new program with the goal of making changes in our life or lifestyle, hobby, health or any positive step forward and, after time, noticed that it is no longer something we do. Our minds seem to work against our own desire to improve and be happier and to be a force and creator of happiness. What is needed to reinforce, shore up and ingrain all of the mind hacks and strategies of A Resonant Life is a daily practice. Let's explore how to do that! SHOW NOTES: MORNING: As soon as you feel awake, say to yourself - "I'm awake! I'm alive! For one more day! Thank you! I am so grateful to be here. I will use this day to the best of my ability to be of help to others, with everything I do, say and think." After getting up, fill a small cup or glass with water, and set it in a special place -- your altar if you have one. Or a plant, or picture of loved one, just some place special. And as you set it, say to yourself, "I offer this water as a token of my faith and gratitude and commitment. And may all beings find relief and comfort from this offering." NIGHTIME: Of course you can alter, modify, tailor these as you see fit. Whatever you do, the important elements of our project here at a Resonant Life to be in synch with  are: Get your cup of water and, if possible, pour it outside -- out a window or door -- or pour it into a houseplant with a prayer or thought like this, "May all benefit from this nourishment." Then think to yourself, "Thank you for all the blessings of this day. I did my best. I did my very best. Tomorrow I will do better and I will try to be a perfect help to all, without condition or distinction." Of course you can alter, modify, tailor these as you see fit. Whatever you do, the important elements of our project here at a Resonant Life to be in synch with  are: Expressing gratitude Committing to being of help without condition or distinction Putting the needs of others before our own.
