Empowering at times but also unkind
This podcast can be empowering for singles at times, with a lot of interesting guests and interviews. However, there is an undercurrent of bitterness, anger, defensiveness, and belligerence that clouds Shani’s interactions with other people at times and makes her come across as a not so nice person. Hard to listen to when she goes into one of those “eff men and eff if I hurt anyone else’s feelings but my own” type modes.

Love the content. Please make the default audio louder. It’s hard to hear even at full volume via AirPods and ITunes. Thanks!

This podcast is fabulous for single woman. It challenges the norms of being single. It gives me confidence that being single is okay and I am not alone. Thanks Shani.

Nodding furiously through both episodes! Very relatable and I love listening to women who know what they think and feel about things and don’t feel the need to apologise for that, ever!
