Host uses poor judgment occasionally
Was enjoying the first episode until the host read an ad for gummies. I’m pro marijuana … but the host said “anti-anxiety” meds made her feel anxious, alluding that these could be a replacement. Does she mean a typical antidepressant? She didn’t specify. I would not heed that advice, but it was thoughtless and could be harmful. And enough for me to write this and delete the podcast.

Jessica is so warm and friendly and relaxed. Listening to her podcast is like listening to a friend. You never feel like she’s lecturing or talking down to her audience or guests. I just wish there were MORE episodes. I get so disappointed when she skips a week!
