Enjoyable and Thought-Provoking
This podcast is great! Especially if you have any interest in spirituality, mental-health, and alternative lifestyles. The host is both intelligent and down-to-earth. And, he gives his guests the space to speak as much as he asks thoughtful questions. Every episode I’ve listened to has been engaging, positive, and contemplative. I’d recommend this to anyone.
