Enjoy the heart of the podcast, but listen critically
I’m a biologist who was drawn to this podcast because I want to be the change I want to see in the world. I enjoy this podcast, and it fills a gap on sustainability that I craved. Every so often, a host comes on who may be well intentioned but pushes pseudo-science in the name of living a healthy lifestyle. I’m thinking of the lady with no medical background running a for-profit lab that tested bodily metal in hair follicles. She had a few alarming statements. Please be sure to do your due diligence as a listener and fact check things that seem to be sour.
