“As a parent of 3 teenagers, I find this podcast extremely beneficial to learn from what these teens are teaching us. Today’s struggles are different from what I went thru as a teen in the 80’s. We did not have the extra pressure from social media to be like everyone else. Social media has been linked to depression and this was echoed from the teen’s perspective in episode 1-Hot Cheeto. I am looking forward to listening weekly. Thank You Dr RJ for bring light to today’s parent as we know most teenagers don’t share and talk to their own parents. It takes a village to raise them up right-thanks for being a part of our village!”
