Great motivator
I started to listen to this podcast about 2 months ago and think it’s so good I’ve since gone back through the full 400 episodes in podcast catalog. The presenter knows his stuff and is quiet funny without really trying to be which is a refreshing Irish trait. I use this podcast as a motivator for my goals and usually get some nugget of usual info out of each podcast despite not all been geared to cycling. I have also recommended this podcast to friends of mine cyclists and non cyclists and all find it top top quality.
