I love my spaghetti boy. The Killing of a Sacred Deer is a 2017 psychological thriller directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and starring Colin Farrell, Barry Keoghan, and Nicole Kidman. Based off the greek myth "The Tragedy of Iphigenia," this film follows a surgeon that is having mysterious meetings with a teenage boy. What does the boy want?
