Heading back into the training world on this week’s ABCA Podcast with Baseball Flows, Dr. Ismael Gallo. Dr. Gallo is a former professional baseball player and current Doctor of Physical Therapy. Dr. Gallo received his Bachelor of Science at Cal State Fullerton and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. Dr. Gallo has been an Orthopaedic Physical Resident in Orange, CA for the last 13 years. Dr. Gallo is a renowned expert in the field of baseball and softball training, dedicated to empowering players, coaches, and parents to take charge of their training. Dr. Gallo created the Baseball Flows app which includes therapeutic exercises and instructional videos, carefully selected to address the specific needs of players. Dr. Gallo also works with the general population in his practice so has a unique perspective on training modalities for all age groups. The ABCA Podcast is presented by Netting Pros.
