“*Please note that there is a YouTube channel for this that has the missing episodes and I think one of the reviews for this podcast is actually talking about a different 40k lore based podcast. They mention an episode 32 and kept referring to a group of people. These episodes start at 100+ and from what I’ve heard, it’s just a single person.*
Whenever I try to find a lore-based podcast, it’s usually people talking about the event and having side commentary or making jokes throughout the episode. I normally don’t have a problem with this, but sometimes you want something that’s more direct.
I will say that if you found this podcast, then you probably already know about the Warhammer 40K universe. If not, or you’ve only just dipped your toes in, try to look at some official and fanart. It makes it easier to get a sense of the size and scope of the universe.
The way the lore is told is more akin to actually listening to a history based podcast that focuses on the events and the people involved without segues or digression.
I also really enjoyed the readings of the short stories and how each one expands on the lore by making it more of a personal story or just a small event that happened. Considering the size of the Warhammer 40k universe, nearly every event is just another drop in a puddle, but can still come off as just as amazing and entertaining.”
