Interesting, entertaining, and easy coast based
I find Joe, Elie, and Kathryn entertaining. Elie is super liberal, Joe provides some balance, and Kathryn balanced as well. They are all east coast based and it comes across heavily in the podcast. I may be a bit biased as a Seattle west coast law student but I also would like the west coast represented a little more. I do enjoy the fact it’s not all politics and a lot of legal topics are covered. At times they are funny and at other times it’s kind of monotonous. Other than that, I would recommend a few episodes to see if they are your type of legal commentary.

This is one of two must-listen-to podcasts. The other is the ATL COVID cast.

The variety of topics discussed is outstanding and the intellectual stimulation and provocation is unmatched. Discussions that allow for your own perspective to truly develop even if you don’t necessarily agree with the host’s thoughts.
