How I end my day
I’m always searching for meditations to fall asleep to that don’t have talking or ads at the end, and this is a good one, and I’m grateful to have found it! I love the wonderful affirmations. While the morning ones are great, I do wish you’d make more nighttime meditations though! Thank you for creating this great content.

I’ve listened to most of the affirmation podcasts on Apple Podcasts, and I can say Bob’s is the only one that can lift me up! I say it helps to listen everyday and doing the work on top of it to really change your reality.
