“These podcasts are in the style of a book club for the Horus Heresy and they are great. When you read a book in a series as big as this is, it is easy to skip things, forget them or not appreciate how they link back to something somewhere else. Having these guys go through each chapter helps you appreciate things from anothers perspective as well, many of which may not have occurred to you.
Spaced apart enough for one to read the next book in the series before the next episode comes out, this series of podcasts is an excellent reading companion that I cannot rate highly enough. They have also been joined in a few of the episodes by Carl from the ICs and between the three of them, we are getting ideas and thoughts that may never have occurred to a lone reader, which helps you appreciate the books even more.
