Today's guest is Pierre Paslier, from start up NOTPLA who with co-founder Rodrigo Garcia Gonzalez developed this material, Ooho - at Imperial College London. It's an edible flexible plastic replacement which biodegrades and disappears without harm to the environment in a few weeks.
