To respect your own shoes, and sometimes stepping into that of others' to understand their situation, and accordingly move forward. If there is someone who has really been at the core of understanding empathy & kindness; and lead with it- we know it's none other than Nikhil Taneja. Presently the co-founder & CEO of Yuvaa- a socially conscious youth media, data insights, and community engagement organization that aims to empower young Indians. Before this, he has had his fair share of hits and misses at MTV & YRF where he produced online content like the film 'Sunsilk Real FM' & the mini-series 'Man's World' and 'Ladies Room'. He is also on the Global Advisory Board, Goalkeepers at the Gates Foundation. AND he is one of the beloved professors at Jai Hind college. Having had the best (and worst) of both the pre and post internet worlds, we discuss how 'content is power and privilege" and what a delicate balance it is between staying authentic and non-vulnerable.
