Harold and Patsy Harrison Chair in Poultry Science at the University of Georgia in the US. In this week's episode, we talk about the environmental impact of poultry production, the role of over-nutrition and nutrient losses in contributing to this impact, as well as how optimised nutrition can contribute to achieving more sustainable poultry production.
