Here’s the deal, very few individuals understand the lay of the land the way Jordan does. He’s from LA. He breathes LA. He is LA. An increasing amount of LA food media has recently succumb to sourcing its talent from other places. For me, I still need to hear about it from someone who isn’t learning about LA as they go. I want to hear it from someone who has the knowledge and context about what it means to dine in LA. This podcast gives you exactly that. -AK
