“I’ve enjoyed this podcast from day 1. The overall format is great and the wide variety of knowledgeable guests are great. Jason is excellent in interview techniques and offers honest opinions. Ron is a fun co-host who offers interesting perspectives. The third host chair has changed through the years. Currently Flo is also another good voice with some different views on topics to make us think. My ax to grind over the past half a year or so is how much Flo interrupts the guests. These interruptions are often just sarcastic or snide remarks that would turn me off on returning to the show if I were the guest. I like Flo but feel like she needs to have more in manners and professionalism before the quality and variety of guests decline. It is very cringe worth at times and I am sometimes skipping to the next podcast in my cue when she’s on a roll.”
