“I live this podcast! I am only 17 weeks pregnant and have been listening since about 8 weeks. My husband has also listened to some episodes with me and finds them very informative and easy to understand - he is definitely feeling more prepared for pregnancy and birth and I love that this is a way for him to be involved. Dr Rankins is so calm and reassuring while presenting the facts and dispelling many misconceptions. My biggest takeaway so far is to advocate for myself and be in control of my own birth.
