I appreciate how balanced between medical opinion and mother/baby friendly it is. It empowered me to very late change my provider and hospital because my voice and risks weren’t being addressed. I had a wonderful, supportive birth that mixed the medical support I needed with comfort techniques and freedom of movement that I wanted.
