Many people when they think of disability aren’t grasping the full spectrum of people with disabilities. Lots of our peers think making elevators more accommodating to everyone by installing ramps would solve the majority of problems that disabled people suffer from. However there is such a bigger issue than that as explained by Jay Ruderman in his “All inclusive” podcast. The power of technology with leadership help from advocates of inclusion will be the force behind change. Disabled people only want to live regular lives with the help of those more fortunate. Ruderman brings on incredibly intelligent guests who explain how innovation will help stimulate inclusion.
