This podcast is incredibly interesting and provides great hacks for things like cheaper travel, more energy-efficient homes, and managing time. Episode 150 gave me pause, however, due to some of the statements surrounding health. I am a physician and am more than willing to admit we are not perfect (nor is our medical system), but we have received an incredible amount of training on risk assessment and the approach to ordering and interpreting medical tests and using dietary supplements. Pursuing tests like full-body MRIs without a clear medical indication are not only expensive but may also result in a huge amount of unnecessary anxiety. My best advice is to find a provider you trust and feel comfortable questioning. If you are unsure about something, press it further or find a provider than can give you a better explanation on their thinking.
