Honest - Personal - Relatable
This is a unique and wonderful podcast. Anderson Cooper is candid about the mix of emotions involved in clearing out the possessions acquired over a loved one’s lifetime, in this case his mom. Not wanting to let go of the physical artifacts left behind and finding out a few surprising and endearing things too. Trying to find a way through the losses and toward understanding. Really terrific.

I lost my 95 year old dad 6 months ago. I didn’t realize how long the journey of grief lasted. It will go on forever but change with the seasons. Thanks for the podcast to help myself and others travel through the journey in a healthy way
