In the course of the week, we lost Empress Jahmby Koikai, a very great loss for the reggae fraternity. May she Rest In Peace. Last month(May) was mental health awareness month, this Month it's Men Mental Health Awareness. Mental Health ailments is a sickness just like any other, it needs treatment and attention. It may lead to suicide even. Examples of Mental ailments include, depression, anxiety disorder, Bipolar disorder, substances and alcohol abuse etc. They are quite the list.
Be empathetic to everyone you come across you never know what battles they are fighting in their heads.
Suicide should not be criminalized, A proposed petition 226 of 2020 by KNCHR.
