Inspiration for Today’s American Catholic
The obscure tales of the Christ’s one, true Church in this rather nascent country of ours brings to the forefront a history not of puritans and deists but of saints and true believers. The particular account of the death of Fr. Leo Heinrichs, OFM in Episode 25 (Dec. 9, 2019) reduced me personally to tears of gratitude and fervent prayers to this far too little known friar of our Lady. Such true epics as that of Fr. Leo and many others provide an inspiration to both laity and consecrated of the Catholic Church in America today.
