Great Podcast on the History of Folk/Blues/Americana Music
This has been one of the bright spots from the pandemic. The show is well researched starting with early forms of American Music, bringing the listener forward through time of songsters through to current artists. There is a thread in each episode that carries to the end. It provides great history of this music with wonderful anecdotes. Each of these musicians has a great story that created the impetus to become the musician they become. While most of them are gone, they are very relevant today. I have thoroughly enjoyed this.
