“I started listening to Jan because my daughter kept saying what a great interviewer he is! That he actually listens to the person being interviewed without interrupting! Then if he wants to discuss a point more, he’ll go back and request further clarification or discuss more. The conversation is basically driven by the interviewee, not by debate or Jan trying to make a point. I totally agree!”
