Illuminating, interesting podcast
I’ve always found the Supreme Court to be probably the most fascinating part of the federal government (but don’t make me choose!), but also the most opaque, so Amicus is great for illuminating all sorts of things about it. I especially love the episodes that discuss the motivations of the Court and Justices. Just understanding the Justices as people is really interesting and sheds a lot of light on how the Court works.

More reviews of Amicus With Dahlia Lithwick
I was excited about this podcast initially but it has become overtly one-sided. I want a thorough exploration of the issues even though most of the time my politics are in line with what they're selling, but I didn't download this podcast to get preached at.Read full review »

Amicus has become my favorite podcast. Dahlia Lithwick is a funny, interested, thoughtful, intelligent host, and she always has knowledgeable and interesting guests. My only complaint is that I wish it came out more frequently. Thank you, Amicus!
