“This new podcast is off to a great start. The topics are timely and the guests are well chosen. Guests so far have included a former Solicitor General and a lawyer who argued an important recent case before the Supreme Court. The moderator knows what she is talking about and keeps from injecting her personal opinions on controversial legal issues. Ms. Lithwick includes audio excerpts from Supreme Court oral arguments. Great podcast. Highly recommended.”
