“It takes a lot of work to make a good podcast. Long podcasts take exponentially more work. Sorry Joey, but after a few minutes you are losing your audience. Hone your idea to a single sentence. Once you have attained that level of focus, then you can build around it. Otherwise, the podcast talks around a topic and never gets to the point. It’s too muddled and far too lengthy. If what you want to convey cannot be entirely expressed in 20-25 minutes, refocus, and re-edit it again. Else do all of that and then break it into segments. Looking forward to hearing a focused—much shorter—podcast.”
