Meditation is a big part of a traditional approach to yoga. We both agree that meditation is for everyone, and if you think it´s not for you, then perhaps try a different technique? There many different meditation techniques, and finding one that suits your nature and in this stage in your life is very important. In this episode we talk about meditation, but if you want to practice it you can check out episode 63 of the podcast, it is a short meditation on the heart space. Or, find a retreat that allows you to go deeper, get guidence and the group support.
