With Taurus season nearing it's end I've realized how much I have punished myself for moments of rest. I know I am not the only one and those of us who are advocates for liberatory work, in decolonizing everything, we know this is not an easy feat. Instead, it is a process we must allow ourselves to sit with time and time again. This post eclipse season reflection podcast episode, is just that sinking deeper into what it truly means to surrender and embody one's rhythmic flow! This is the third season, of the Ancestors Mama podcast and I have decided to take a much more intuitive approach, and not the forceful one I have been trying to fit myself in for so long; which has never worked!
