And Just Like That it’s nearly over and I don’t want it to end!
It’s so refreshing listening to these podcasts alongside this series! If you’re loving And Just Like That as much as I am these podcasts are THE perfect companion and such a great way of extending the life of each and every episode for the fans. Huge thanks to the writers for bringing us both the series and the podcasts, I’m so grateful for the podcasts because I was so downhearted to see so much negative criticism when the show first aired and from people who claimed to love SATC so much, I found it so strange, because for me AJLT is a perfect exploration of where those beloved characters would be today and, speaking as a woman now heading into her fifties, it does not disappoint in its authenticity, it’s just as relevant as it was when these characters were in their thirties! Btw I share two of Carrie’s biggest life experiences in this series, so for any doubting younger viewers I can confirm this is EXACTLY what life in your fifties is like…sometimes even in your late forties! To listen to the writers discuss in depth not just the episodes but their process and their individual and collective experiences while making the series is a real privilege for someone who has enjoyed and appreciated their writing and their work for so long, so thank you once again. Hoping there will be many more series and podcasts to come!

More reviews of And Just Like That...The Writers Room
It’s so wonderful to hear the backstory of the episodes and get into the writers’ heads. Love this glimpse into the writer’s room SO much! Please do it again for season two! ;)

Very grateful the writers all joined together to create this podcast. Just wish Michael Patrick King would stop interrupting and talking over the group.
