Hello! Welcome to the And She Rises — The F* Up — the podcast.
This episode is… fire.
We start with Amanda riffing on what it means to Show TF Up — as this course is open for enrollment and she just can’t help herself on this topic.
THEN! We get a story that is *wild* concerning her son Zion and a beautiful wink from God.
And, if that wasn’t enough — we dive into a truth that really clears up and simplifies our — very normal — fear of trolls and online hate…
Before digging into three beautiful clips taken from Show the F* Up!
StFU is about becoming a timeless, long-lasting business and brand by pulling your truth and message from your heart and sharing it with the wold boldly.
Show the F* Up is open for enrollment now (and marked at a special price!). Check it out: https://amandafrances.com/show-the-f-up/
Here we go…
These are the clips pulled from the course for this week’s episode:
1. Let yourself be admired. Ask yourself: Can you admire yourself? Can you think you're awesome? Can you think what you've created and done so far is worthy of being watched and praised and admired? And then can you hold the vibration of being watched and praised and admired?
The idea that we’re worthy of being admired can be scary. But in the same way that we need to practice holding love to receive love, we need to practice holding the feeling of being admired to let in the admiration and support we deserve.
2. Manifesting your impact. If you believe you can have the level of influence, impact, and presence that you desire, and if you can get yourself to not buy into all the things you're afraid could happen if you were to have more fame. If you can minimize that and see that differently and know you're bigger and more powerful than that, and those don't have to be ultimate truths and ultimate realities for you, then you can take your divinely led inspired guidance action steps toward what you want.
3. Disregarding the f*ed up lens through which some people will view you. If we’re not careful, we can let the moments of negativity overwhelm us. Know this: People will see you through whatever lens they see life. People view life the way they view it, and they project it onto you, and they make up sh*t about you, and it's not always fun. But it is worth it to build a community that — the vast majority of the time — feels safe and loving and supportive.
Keep your heart soft, keep your skin thick and do what you believe you're called and meant to do no matter what people say. Hallelujah? AMEN!
Okay, my loves!
I cannot wait to see you in Show the F*ck Up. It is… one of a kind. I don’t know of another branding course with so much depth and power.
