From trauma to clarity
I’ve been paying attention to Anneke Lucas for a few years and am delighted she has built a platform for herself. I watched the first podcast episode on YouTube and was pleased to find it here in audio format. Anneke’s narrative is stunning but what is even more impressive is the work Anneke does with incarcerated people. Yoga is a powerful tool of community and recovery. Anneke is a role model for what healing may settle upon the blessed and fortunate, for we all sustain trauma at the some point or another and we all seek healing. Anneke pays it forward and for that, she is a role model.

But, I feel a lot of the stories are BS or delusions of the mentally ill . How much is true? Maybe 20% I reckon. Still horrible.
