“In June 2017 the Archbishop of Detroit issued a pastoral letter titled Unleash the Gospel. In this letter is a reaffirmation that unleashing the Gospel is the work of the whole Church. A key point is Guidepost 6 Person to Person Engagement where accompaniment is “an art that will require the involvement of many lay people who are mature in their own faith, disciples who can disciple others.”
I believe that this podcast is just that; disciples who are discipling others. Through listening and contemplation we can grow in maturity in our faith. From this vantage point we can accompany others on their faith journey.
As St. Clare tells us;
