The Life of D. L. Moody Audiobook: Part 12
Description
The Life of D. L. Moody, is drawing to a close, and in chapters 38-40, William Moody focuses on his father's sermon preparation, and work with the YMCA.
Chapter 38, deals specifically with Moody's sermon prep, including what books he thought were essential to have, how study should be done, and how he compiled his sermons.
Some of Moody's meetings were designed as Question and Answer sessions, where he or someone he trusted would answer Bible questions that people might learn from this manner of teaching. In this 39th Chapter, we find Moody himself answering some questions.
Known today as the YMCA, Chapter 40, takes a look at Mr. Moody's work in and for the Young Men's Chrisitan Association of his day.
