I like it
Mrs. Glankler makes history understandable for me. I say this as someone who had her as a teacher for two years—WHAP sophomore year, and Contemporary Issues junior year—so I think I know her teaching style pretty well. What I liked most about this podcast is getting to go back and pick up on all the stuff I didn’t care to learn during WHAP. There are a lot of historical events that I’ve heard about just from reading the news these past couple years, but I didn’t realize until just now how integral these events are to the WHAP curriculum.

This podcast is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I don’t know how I would be reviewing for the AP world exam if I didn’t have this. Emily is entertaining and explains things in a really understandable and interesting way. Please please please listen to this!!

As a fellow teacher of World History my students and I love this podcast! Emily makes complex historical topics and themes easy to understand and ties them back to pop culture my students enjoy. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to brush up on some history!
