I start and end my day with motivating quotes, inspiring verses, and praying with GOD. I do this by disciplining myself 15 to 20 minutes a day, in the morning and evenings. These simple routines, done every day, have changed my life, physical and mentally and everything else just falls in place.
I keep my focus on my goals in life, how I act, talk, eat, think, and how I conduct myself. You might think is funny, when I said how I
eat; I lost around 20lbs in two to three weeks, I will talk about all of that and more. These simple discipline routines will keep your focus. It will help you, like it helps me. In my podcasts, I practice what I preach! I am coming out in July with a podcast called, “How I start and end my day.”
