I was emotionally rocked from seeing another beautiful black man get snuffed out over the simplification of problem that most white people can live to see the next day and laugh about amongst friends....in my world the with the skin I’m in, any day is my last day. That type of fear, driven my my color is absolutely sickening and it’s overcome me to the point where I’m pushed to speak about it and say how I feel because my son...hes going to carry on my race of life when I’m gone and I refuse to have a world he lives in when he’s damn well smart, but continues to get shorted by systematic racism.
