As an organizational psychologist, Dr. Kusy is a professor in the Ph.D Program at Antioch University and a consultant with the Healthy Workforce Institute. Dr. Steven Wiesner has spent the last thirty years working within the clinical fields of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Occupational Health, focusing on disability management and leadership training and development.  After spending more than 25 years with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, where he served as the Medical Director for Workers' Compensation Services and the clinical lead for the Physician Human Resources Department, he now serves as a medical consultant and advisor.
