“I bought a 55 unit complex and it has tons of issues. I’m green to this but you give me hope. Hopefully I’ll become better soon and profitable sooner. Any podcasts on turning a bad property around with no budget will be great. The ARV numbers look great but not sure how to get the large up front Investment. Keep doing what you’re doing for people like myself who are hanging on by a thread and a dream.”
