Thanks Mike for putting on this great show. I love how you talk about the importance of the first deal and keep enforcing how important it is for people to take that very first step as it is the hardest yet most important.
I appreciate all the stories from experienced investors however it’s the stories about the first deal that really resonate with me and I think have the most value to other people out there looking to get involved.
I just finished your online course and am looking forward to purchasing my first deal within the next six months and hopefully being invited on your podcast sometime after.
