“Thomas age 8: The stories are just so INTO the subject & you can’t stop listening because you always want to know what’s going to happen next ! I would recommend this podcast to ALL people in the world. PS I’ve been listening since I was 3. 🧟‍♀️🧝‍♂️🧚🏼🔮✨ Laura, age 53: April is a true bard 🌟 with stories that appeal to ages 3 to 53+ . The rhythm of each podcast is soothing & settling. April introduces each story with a short, tone-setting little song addressed to “ye time-bound travelers” 🥹 and ends each episode by saying “I love you, and you are wonderful … just as you are … right now” which multiple times has brought tears to my eyes. (Always listen to the very end!) The stories themselves have a satisfying arc, with no typecast villains & heroes but instead characters that are archetypally recognizable yet complex & relatable 💯 recommend! Thank you April for your care & effort .”
