“Jacob Edgar's innovation and genius lies not so fully in the discovery of great 'World Musics', [those of us who live and teach abroad have long known its marvel and ability to reach across boundaries in ways other disciplines simply cannot] as it does in capturing the vibrant sounds, stories and colors of our planet's Art of sound and its peoples. Having lived and taught in Okinawa for the last eight years, introduced 'music technology' to the teachers of South Africa and shared in the melding of choral traditions throughout Europe, I appreciate STUMBLING upon this 'new-to-me' APT Podcast treasure.
